It’s hard to believe it’s been a decade since we first laid eyes on Colombus (Jesse Eisenberg), Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin), but the iconic group of zombie-killers are back in the first official trailer for the highly-anticipated Zombieland sequel, Zombieland: Double Tap.
The trailer, which landed online earlier today (July 25), features the returning cast members and teases a few fresh faces. While the trailer doesn’t reveal much about the plot of the film, fans of the original will be pleased to hear that director Ruben Fleischer’s unique style is still very apparent in the new footage.

Read the official synopsis below:
“Through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, these four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.”
Zombieland: Double Tap reunites Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone with director Ruben Fleischer and original writers Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick (Deadpool). The film will land in cinemas on October 18.
